This Channel is a tool through which you can report or inform the Orfeó Català-Palau de la Música Catalana Foundation about criminal offences, administrative infractions or non-compliance with a rule that affects the institution.

In the event that an investigative procedure is initiated through the Whistleblowing Channel, the Foundation will always respect the principles of freedom, confidentiality, indemnity and prohibition of retaliation and will comply at all times with what is established by Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPD-GDD).
If you contact us through this platform, we inform you that the personal data that you may provide (e.g., your email address and/or any other personal data that you may provide to us) would become part of the information system from the Foundation, Responsible for the Treatment, with the sole purpose of collecting this data to be able to attend to and follow up on your request and, where appropriate, investigate, detect and correct possible non-compliance or inappropriate conduct in the Foundation, especially in matters of criminal law and regulatory compliance.
