The Coral School of the Orfeó Català invites you to sing in the choirs of the Palau de la Música Catalana. If you are between 6 and 25 years old and you have a desire to sing, learn, and have fun in a unique space in the city of Barcelona, come and apply for the entrance exams.

- Petits Choir: born between 2017 and 2018
- Mitjans Choir: born between 2014 and 2016
- Infantil Choir: born between 2008 and 2013

- Jove Choir and Girls Choir: Born between 1999 and 2007

Content of the Auditions
Infant stage
Petits and Mitjans Choir 01 (born between 2015 and 2017)
- Voice and musical aptitude test. You should prepare and sing an a cappella song of your choice.
Mitjans Choir 02, 03, and Infant Choir (born between 2008 and 2014)
- Voice and musical aptitude test. You should prepare and sing an a cappella song of your choice. Music theory test. You can find content and reference material at this link.
Youth stage
Cor Jove
- Performance of a vocal and piano piece of your choice. Performance of a vocal quartet piece. You can find content at this link.
- Sight-reading of a choral score. Vocalization. No need to bring a pianist.
Cor de Noies
- Performance of a vocal and piano piece of your choice.
- Performance of an a cappella vocal piece of your choice.
- Sight-reading of a choral score.
- Vocalization.

Matriculation
From June 27th to July 7th
To enroll, it will be mandatory to become a member of the Orfeó Català beforehand. In the case of minors, both the singer and one of their parents or guardians must be members.
Youth Stage
- Cor Jove: Mondays and Wednesdays, from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM
- Cor de Noies: Mondays, from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM, and Wednesdays, from 9 PM to 11 PM

- Cor Petits 01: Wednesdays, from 6 PM to 7 PM*
- Cor Petits 02: Mondays, from 6 PM to 7 PM*
*During the course, on specific dates, both Little Choir groups are combined, so it is necessary to have availability on both Mondays and Wednesdays.
- Cor Mitjans: Mondays and Wednesdays, from 6 PM to 7:45 PM (60 minutes of choir and 45 minutes of music theory) Children's Choir: Mondays and Wednesdays, from 5:45 PM to 8 PM or from 6:30 PM to 9 PM (Depending on the level of music theory) (90 minutes of choir and 45-60 minutes of music theory)
Youth Stage
- Cor Jove: Mondays and Wednesdays, from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM
- Cor de Noies: Mondays, from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM, and Wednesdays, from 9 PM to 11 PM
Children's Stage
- Enrollment (Little Choir, Intermediate Choir, and Children's Choir): €58 per year (to be paid during the month of July 2023)
- Cor Petits: €31 per month (from September to June, both inclusive)
- Cor Mitjans: €56 per month (from September to June, both inclusive)
- Cor Infantil: €72 per month (from September to June, both inclusive)
Scholarships are available that cover the enrollment fee and monthly fees for the children's stage. Application period in July 2023.
