The Palau de la Música Catalana hosts the Spain premiere of Dream Requiem, a work commissioned by the Orchestre Philharmonique Radio France, the Helsinki Philharmonic, the Royal Opera House in London, the Los Angeles Master Chorale, the Dublin Symphony Orchestra, the Palau de la Música Catalana and the Auditori de Barcelona to the American singer-songwriter and composer Rufus Wainwright. The Orquestra Simfònica de Barcelona i Nacional de Catalunya will accompany soprano Anna Prohaska, the Orfeó Català and the Cor Infantil de l’Orfeó Català, all under the direction of Ludovic Morlot, with narration by Sharon Stone.
