We hereby notify users that the personal data sent to us will be included in files belonging to the FUNDACIÓ ORFEÓ-CATALÀ-PALAU DE LA MÚSICA CATALANA, Fiscal Identification Code G59684548, registered at the addressC/ Palau de la Música, 4-6, 08003 Barcelona, and therefore the FUNDACIÓ ORFEÓ-CATALÀ-PALAU DE LA MÚSICA CATALANA is the entity responsible for the processing of your personal data.

Data Processing

You hereby expressly authorise the FUNDACIÓ ORFEÓ CATALÀ-PALAU DE LA MÚSICA CATALANA to process your personal data for the purpose of processing your request to participate in the Choral Singing Workshop to be held at the Palau de la Música Catalana facilities during the Open Day (henceforth the “Workshop”).

The legal basis for processing your personal data is the consent of the data subject and legitimate interest.

Your personal data will be stored until it is no longer necessary or pertinent for the purpose for which it was collected or registered in our files or as long as you do not request the deletion of said data. Your personal data will later be deleted unless there is a legal regulation which requires its conservation.

The user expressly and unequivocally consents to their personal data being passed or communicated to the entities associated with the FUNDACIÓ ORFEÓ-CATALÀ-PALAU DE LA MÚSICA CATALANA, and in particular with the ASSOCIACIÓ ORFEÓ CATALÀ, Fiscal Identification Code G08229833, inscribed under number 875 in section 1 of the Registre d’Associacions of the Generalitat de Catalunya and registered at the address C/Amadeu Vives 1, 08003 Barcelona, for the same purpose for which the data has been collected.

We likewise inform you that on the day of the Workshop, we will ask you to sign a consent form authorising the publication of any photographs taken and/or recordings made with your image and/or that of any minor under your guardianship during the Workshop. If you do not consent to this, we regret to inform you that you will not be able to attend the Workshop because for legitimate interests the publication of photographs or recordings of the Workshop on our channels of communication is inherent to the promotional function of the free Workshop and the PALAU DE LA MÚSICA CATALANA cannot guarantee that it will not publish your image or that of any minor under your guardianship.

Rights

You may exercise your rights to access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation or objection to the processing of your personal data as well as your right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for the abovementioned purposes by writing to the FUNDACIÓ ORFEÓ CATALÀ-PALAU DE LA MÚSICA CATALANA at C/ Palau de la Música, 4-6, 08003 Barcelona or by sending an e-mail to [email protected] indicating the subject: “Data Protection”, enclosing or attaching a photocopy of your identification document in either case.

We also inform you that if you consider your rights have not been duly respected, you have the right to present a complaint to the relevant authority on personal data, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
