Details
There are composers whose instrumental works sound heavenly and their heavenly ones sound instrumental, thus having the difficult but fascinating ability to unite heaven with earth. One is Johann Sebastian Bach and the other is Anton Bruckner.
When he had not yet finished his Sixth Symphony, Bruckner began writing the Te Deum. The integrating force of these two very different works composed simultaneously clearly shows their grandeur, being able to listen to them together becomes a privilege.
