Under the title Choral romanticism and the school of Montserrat, the Cor de Cambra del Palau and the Balthasar Neumann Chor explore the repertoire of one of the richest and most prolific periods for choral music. With the collaboration of the tenor Julian Prégardien and the organist Juan de la Rubia, all under the direction of Xavier Puig, director of the Cor de Cambra del Palau, the programme takes us on a journey through the two quintessential romantic composers, Mendelssohn and Brahms, to the Catalan composers Bernat Vivancos and Andreu Diport.
