Reception

Reception open every day from 9 am to 9 pm

Phone reception hours from 9 AM to 2 PM and from 4 PM to 8 PM.

Hours subject to minor changes depending on the schedule.

Medical service

The Palau has a medical service during concerts, located in the lobby of the Petit Palau.

Wardrobe

In the lobby of the Petit Palau. Please leave bags or backpacks, photo machines, video devices, umbrellas. We recommend not to come to concerts with large elements: suitcases, musical instruments, scooters, large backpacks, etc.
