‘Poema del bosc’ with Lluís Soler

An ephemeral spring piece

Warning

Poetry performance in Catalan.

Details

Poema del bosc by Alexandre de Riquer is one of the most important modernist poems in our literature. An epic song in nature, which emerges as a space of transcendence, a paradisiacal temple in which we find birds, flowers, trees and waterfalls that come to life, as well as fairies, druids, nymphs, witches, elves and goges. Lluís Soler will recite a selection of his verses, chosen by the poet Laia Llobera, on the same stage of the Palau de la Música Catalana. Modernist temple that will be a pantheistic oracle of a poem that reaches us as an ecological allegation ahead of the lettre where nature is dreamlike but also rebellious.

The two sessions will have Catalan sign language translation for people with hearing diversity by the Associació Sòcio-cultural ENCANTADES.
