The Fortuny Trio presents its first CD, Echoes, with music by Tchaikovsky, Magrané and Suk.

Joan Magrané's Trois Nocturnes with its sound poetry and dreamlike resonances, Tchaikovsky's hurtful nostalgia and the contemplation of the beloved landscape, sound resonances, musical evocations.

In the presentation of the album, produced by Seed Music, we will hear the three musicians of the trio talking with their friend and artistic partner in recent years, Joan Magrané, playing fragments of music live and watching a short documentary by Cordelia Alegre where part of the project preparation process is seen, in an intense and important year for Catalan formation that continues its path and alliances with artists from different fields.

The Trio Fortuny is the resident group at the Palau de la Música Catalana and in its nine years of existence it has become an innovative model in its approach to the repertoire, the care of the programs and a bold and spontaneous style on stage from the respect and research of the musical material.

The duration of the event will be about 60 minutes and at the end copies can be purchased that can be signed and dedicated.
